Refund Policy

We hope you love your little bird company order as much as we loved creating it! But if you are unhappy with your jewellery for any reason you can return it within 14 days of receipt. 

To notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item please contact hello@thelittlebirdcompany.com and we will send you the returns information. 

Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, the little bird company will not be able to offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, worn, damaged or with missing parts. 

We recommend that you send back items by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to ensure they safely arrive. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there are any issues. 

If an item is unsuitable, delivery changes for return of the item will not be reimbursed. If the item is faulty the delivery changes will be reimbursed along with a refund or exchange. 

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasers credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless the item(s) are faulty.
