We are currently offering Free Delivery for all EU orders over £15!

Standard UK delivery:  £1.95 (3-5 working days) Excludes deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

UK next day delivery: £7.00 by Royal Mail (next working day)

Europe: £5.00 by Royal Mail (3-14 working days)

International: £7.00 by Royal Mail (5-30 working days to the rest of the world)

Standard order processing time 1-3 working days.

Next day delivery and tracked delivery service available at checkout.

Signed for: Please bear in mind that with 'signed for' deliveries someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive the package. If you are not present when the package is delivered the courier company will leave a calling card for you to collect from the depot or rearrange delivery. 

International: The little bird company cannot be held responsible for lost, missing or delayed oversees post. We use Royal Mail and although 99.9% of overseas packages arrive quickly, we have no control over the delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas. 

UK Addresses: The little bird company cannot be held responsible for deliveries when a PO Box or forwarding address is used by the customer. The little bird company cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. 

How do i track my order?: All orders fulfilled by the little bird company are shipped using Royal Mail. Standard shipping doesn't provide a tracking number. If you choose tracked shipping you can track your order by entering your tracking number into Royal Mail's 'track and chase' page. You typically receive your tracking number once your order has been despatched. Tracking is available from the time your order is dispatched through to when it is delivered.
